A universally recognized landmark and Beaux-Arts masterpiece on the Manhattan Skyline, 230 Park Avenue offers a unique blend of timeless architecture, Park Avenue prestige, and state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Working with a tight timeline, RXR retained Measure Up to create a complete set of existing conditions floor plans for the iconic building located at 230 Park Avenue. Working in coordination with Property Management, our team conducted an office by office field survey and accurately measured all existing conditions in this iconic office tower.
