522 Fifth Avenue is a two (2) story retail condominium located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 44^th Street. Our client purchased the retail condominium portion of the property from an Investment Bank with the intent of redeveloping and repositioning the Ground and 2^nd floors with a new two (2) story glass façade.

The repositioning of the retail at 522 Fifth Avenue involved the conversion of the entire 2^nd floor office space into luxury retail use. Measure Up was tasked to create a comprehensive Property Plan Book which incorporated both the existing Ground floor with the 2^nd floor space. Using REBNY measurement guidelines, our team surveyed the entire site and measured the converted area to achieve the maximum allow REBNY measurements.
