Industry City is 6 million square foot 21st Century innovation and manufacturing district that is situation on the waterfront in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The complex was developed by Irving T. Bush as Brooklyn’s first major industrial, shipping and distribution center, and was so successful that it helped to spur the economic and industrial development of the entire borough.

With limited schematic layouts at its disposal, Jamestown engaged Measure Up to create a full set of Core, Shell and Demising drawings for the entire 6 million square foot complex. With the intent of using the plans for the future repositioning of the asset and leasing, our team set out to coordinate a comprehensive building by building survey. Measure Up was successful in completing the large scale project and delivered a full set of Core, Shell & Demising drawings to the client along with REBNY Calculations for over 20 buildings.
